The JPC Project spanned over many years, with numerous people contributing either directly or indirectly to the success of the project.  Dedication, persistence and, above all else, TEAMWORK, were the keys to success.  Over the years, I had the honor and privilege of working with some truly great people at the Sheriff's Office, Houston Police Department, Public Infrastructure, County Engineering, County Court Administration, Universal Services, Pre-trial Services, the District Attorney's Office, the Public Defender's Office, the District Clerk's Office, Houston Municipal Court Administration, the Harris County Attorney's Office, Harris County Office of Budget Management, The Harris Center, and Commissioners Court.  While too numerous to individually name, these dedicated public servants worked with our project consultants, architects, contractors and vendors to ensure the success of the JPC.  The citizens of Harris County / City of Houston should be proud of the governmental teamwork displayed on the JPC Project.  Finally, to the personnel working at the JPC, thank you for all the dedication and hard work.  The right people truly make all the difference.
